DOUBLE PAGE SPREAD

I chose this image for my double page spread; it think the pose is fun, it's confident and it's typically 'pop star'. I was conscious however to keep my artist dresses in a casual manner to appeal to my audience.

Because of the success of this image i have decided to employ a layout where one half is strictly an image and the other is text based. For this it is vital the image is strong of course, which i am sure mine is.

Below is me constructing the other half, i used columns to structure my text, a typical convention of interviews. other conventions are the magazines title in the corner and the page number. These are in the colour scheme pink and purple to match the rest of the magazine.

The interview is fictional, i have wrote daisy's answers as what i would expect to hear from a teenager and also a celebrity. For POPSUGAR's role i have tried to create a fun and friendly voice.

This is an image of both sides combined. for the title daisy love i used a font named 'all star' from da font, i also used a heart image from photoshop to add appeal. Again i chose a similar pink to the general colour scheme.

This is my final piece, i've added to other strong images to the text side, because my research told me the importance of a multitude of images. Also i have changed the tagline from previus drafts. It is now too in pink.

i think my double page spread is a strong and successful piece. I found photoshop most useful when producing it. I also am thankful i had such strong images to use.
