The Front Cover

I made the front cover of my magazine On Adobe Photoshop CS4. I used my model front cover, the most successful photographs from photoshoot 1 and 3 and text to create what I believe is a successful front cover. I chose a colour scheme of black, white, and red. These are the key colours used in magazines such as NME and Kerang! However the background of my magazine is black rather than white. I felt it gave my magazine a more aggressive, rock/metal look, which is what I was aiming for. I have decided to stick to this colour scheme when creating the contents page and double page spread to make sure my magazine is coherent.
