For the headline on my magazine front cover I wanted to use lettering which looked like it had been cut out of a newspaper an idea I got from NME. I could not find a font like this, however. To make the font I drew numerous black boxes of different sizes, to make it look like the letters had been cut out of a newspaper, in photoshop and then wrote the letters in the font, 'BD Cartoon Shout' using the text box tool in white. This is the effect I got.
